Mountain Pepperberry [Tasmannia Lanceolata]
Native to Tasmania’s rainforest and woodland, the aromatic leaves and berries of the mountain pepperberry shrub have a warming spice that builds in flavour. Distinctive pepperberry character is mingled with angelica, cassia bark, star anise and clove.
